Love Is Forever PTU Tutorial
This tutorial was written by me on March 21, 2013 and
any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.
This would be a fitting tutorial for an experienced user of psp or ps.
Supplies Need:
Tube of choice: Prepaid 0008 by Very Many at The PSP Project, get it HERE.
Scrap kit: Forever Love by Gemini Creations. Find it HERE.
Eyecandy 4000>HERE
Cursif Font>HERE

So, let's begin!
*remember to save often!
Open up frame 2, resize 80%, rotate 7 degree's right, image>rotate> 7* right>, copy frame and paste it as a new IMAGE close the original Make your canvas size pretty large here so we have enough room to work >image>canvas size>1600x1300.
add shadow:
V: 1 H: 0
O: 85 B: 3
Open paper 1, copy and paste as new layer. take magic wand, click inside the frame shape selections>modify>expand to 11> make new raster layer and paste the paper into the selection on the new blank raster layer you just made.
Open up element frame 3, copy and paste as a new layer on the top. Add shadow with same settings as before.
Open paper 12, copy and paste as new layer. take magic wand, click inside the frame shape selections>modify>expand to 11> make new raster layer and paste the paper into the selection on the new blank raster layer you just made.
Open el2, copy and paste as a new layer positioning on top of the frames, add gradient glow with the following settings, sharpen it up>adjust>sharpness>sharpen more.
Open journal tag, copy and paste as new layer, send to bottom. Position this to the upper left edge of the frames. Rotate this to 10 degree's to the left, image>rotate> 10* left>, add shadow.
Open lgribbon, resize to 58%, copy and paste as a new layer on the bottom, position it on the left side of the frames just under the journal tag, add shadow.
Open flower 3, resize to 89%, turn image around >image>mirror> copy and paste as a new layer, place it on top of the journal image, add shadow.
Open heart ribbon, copy and paste as a new layer placing it on the top layer, add Shadow.
Open paper 8, copy and paste as new layer. take magic wand, click inside the frame shape selections>modify>expand to 11> make new raster layer and paste the paper into the selection on the new blank raster layer you just made.
Open love WA, Rotate this to 5 degree's to the left, image>rotate> 5* left>. Copy and paste as a new layer positioning at the lower left area of the heart frame, add shadow.
Open heart scatter, resize by 20% copy and paste as a new layer positioning it on the bottom layer, on the lower left side, near the love word art.
Open rolled flower, resize by 40%, copy and paste as a new layer positioning on top of the heart scatter under the upper right corner of the love word art, paste the flower again as a new selection on this very layer, placing it on the lower left corner of the love word art, add shadow.
Open flower 2, resize by 30%, copy and paste as a new layer positioning on top of the heart scatter under the love word art placing it middle ways there, add shadow.
Open greenery3, resize by 30%, rotate 20 degree to the right, image>rotate>20* right>, copy and paste as a new layer positioning under the last flower we added, add shadow.
Open sequinscatter, copy and paste as a new layer positioning on top of the heart scatter but below the love word art
Open ornatewire, resize by 85%, rotate 11 degree to the right, image>rotate> 11* right>, copy and paste as a new layer positioning on the bottom layer on the right side.
Open pearl necklace, copy and paste as a new layer positioning on top of the heart scatter but below the love word art, move it to left side of the heart frame, add shadow.
Open textpathwa1, resize to 85%, copy and paste as a new layer on top of the pearls and heart scatter, add gradient glow using these settings:
add shadow.
Open greenery2, rotate counterclockwise 90 degrees, copy and paste as a new layer on the bottom layer, position to the right side as I have show in my sample, add shadow. Cut the edge piece off by using the lasso then cutting away the end part.
Open fancykeyhole, resize by 45%, rotate 20 degree to the left, image>rotate>20* left>, copy and paste as a new layer positioning under the upper edge of the love word art, add shadow.
Open oldkey, resize by 50%, rotate 10 degree to the right, image>rotate>10* right>, copy and paste as a new layer positioning above the word art on the upper right corner, add shadow.
Add your tube, I used the Very Many prepaid tube from The PSP Project. I am only using the close up layer. Place this tube beneath the heart frame layer. Add shadow, Take lasso and trim away the BOTTOM EDGE pieces ONLY. Take the lasso again and encircle her head and shoulders with the lasso, selections>promote section to layer. Send this to the very top layer.
Crop down as close to the edges as possible without cutting anything off...resize to 500 on the smallest side.
[You can go smaller size on this if you prefer]
Add watermarks and copyright info.
For the name I used the
gradient glow filter from Eyecandy 4000 I also added a shadow.
Save and you are done!
If any part of your tag is blurry you can clear it up by sharpening the layer >adjust>sharpen.

So, let's begin!

Open up element 50, copy frame and paste it as a new IMAGE close the original Make your canvas size pretty large here so we have enough room to work >image>canvas size>1600x1300.
add shadow:

Open paper 8, copy and paste as new layer, take magic wand, click inside the frame shape selections>modify>expand to 11> make new raster layer and paste the paper into the selection on the new raster layer you just made.
Open element 92, silver bow, copy and paste as a new layer positioning on the top layer on the upper right side, add shadow.
Open element 50, mask, resize 55%, copy and paste as a new layer placing it on the top let area above the oval frame, add shadow.
Open element 42, clock, resize by 28%, copy and paste as a new layer positioning it under the mask to the upper left side of the mask, add shadow.
Open element 87, scroll, resize by 40%, copy and paste as a new layer positioning it under the mask to the lower left side of the frame, add shadow.
Open element 86, fan, resize by 45%, copy and paste as a new layer positioning it under the scrolls to the lower left side of the frame, add shadow.
Open element 91, violin, copy and paste as a new layer positioning it below the mask and fan layer on lower left side, add shadow.
Open element 104, candle stick, copy and paste as a new layer positioning it below the mask and fan layer on lower left side.
Open up element 77, frame, copy and paste as a new layer, send to bottom layer, right side. Add shadow with same settings as before.
Open paper 5, copy and paste as new layer, send to bottom. take magic wand, click inside the frame shape selections>modify>expand to 11> make new raster layer and paste the paper into the selection on the new raster layer you just made.
Merge the frame and paper layer we just applied, duplicate image, mirror image to the left side>image>mirror.
Open element 95, copy and paste as a new layer positioning it to the lower right side, below the oval frame but above the silver frame layers. Duplicate image, mirror image to the left side>image>mirror.
Open element 29, moon, resize by 60%, copy and paste as a new layer sending it to the very bottom layer, position it to the upper right side of the tag, add shadow.
Add your tube, I used the tube Wednesday by Angela Newman. Copy and Paste the full sized tube as a new layer on the top.
Copy and paste the close up layer as a new layer on top of the paper 8 layer [the grey one in the oval frame], take magic wand, click outside the paper shape, then go to the close up tube layer and click selections>invert>edit>clear.
Set the close up layer to blend mode Luminance (L) with an opacity of 75%.
Crop down as close to the edges as possible without cutting anything off...resize to 650 on the largest side.
[You can go smaller size on this if you prefer]
Add watermarks and copyright info.
For the name I used the glass filter and the
gradient glow filter from Eyecandy 4000 I also added a shadow but changed the black color to a light pink.
Save and you are done!
If any part of your tag is blurry you can clear it up by sharpening the layer >adjust>sharpen.
