This tutorial was written by me on March 12, 2013 and
any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.
Supplies Need:

I got this tube when she was at AMI but you can find this at her store
HERE but only until March 14
Scrap kit: Funny Bunny by Gemini Creations. Find it HERE

**************
So, let's begin!
*remember to save often!

Open up element 55, copy frame and paste it as a new IMAGE close the origional. Make your canvas size pretty large here so we have enough room to work >image>canvas size>1600x1300.
add shadow:
V: 1 H: 0
O: 85 B: 3
Open paper 8, copy and paste as new layer. Take the lasso and trace around the frame shape [on this paper layer], selections>invert>edit>clear.
Open up element 50 [frame], copy and paste as a new layer on the top. Add shadow with same settings as before.
Open paper 5, copy and paste as new layer, send to bottom. Take the lasso and trace around the frame shape [on this paper layer], selections>invert>edit>clear.
Open element 54 [heart], free rotate to 20% to the right, copy and paste as a new layer placing it on the top right area between the two frame layers, add Shadow.
Open element 46, copy and paste as a new layer positioning it below the heart.
Open element 31, copy and paste as a new layer positioning it below the heart layer, add shadow.
Open element 27, copy and paste as a new layer positioning on the bottom layer on the upper right hand side, make sure none of the end pieces are showing.. hide them under the heart and grass.
Open element 43, copy and paste as a new layer positioning it on the bottom layer, move it to the lower right side of the frames.
Open element 20, copy and paste as a new layer on top, add shadow.
Open element 26, copy and paste as a new layer under the egg and flower layer just applied, do this twice..once on each side, add shadow.
Open element 47, copy and paste as a new layer adding it under the egg and flowers, position to the left side as I have show in my sample, add shadow.

Add your tube, I used the We love you little princess 2 by Suzanne Woolcott. Place this tube beneath the element 50 [frame layer]. You can make the rabbit's ears come out of the frame by using your lasso and tracing around the part you want to come above the frame, selections>promote section to layer. Send this to the very top layer.
Crop down as close to the edges as possible without cutting anything off...resize to 650 on the largest side.
[You can go smaller size on this if you prefer]
Add watermarks and copyright info.
For the name I used the Lokas Software's Cotton filter and the
gradient glow filter from Eyecandy 4000 I also added a shadow.

Save and you are done!
If any part of your tag is blurry you can clear it up by sharpening the layer >adjust>sharpen.
I hope you have enjoyed this tut.
