Paste this as a new layer under the circle frame. Grab the lasso, encircle her head and promote thhe section to a new layer that you want to keep in the tag, then send that layer to the very top.
go back to the layer we just put under the circle frame and cut away any portion sticking out of the frame on the bottom. Add shadow to this layer.
*use my tag as a sample*
Add Shadow:
V: 3 H: 0
O: 100 B: 5

Crop down as close to the edges as possible without cutting anything off,
resize to 650 on the largest side.
[You can go smaller size on this if you prefer]
Add watermarks and copyright info.

Open my word art, copy and paste, position to the lower left side of the tag, add shadow.

For the name I used the glass filter, duplicated the layer, add a white gradient glow [eyecandy], added some noise to that 2nd glow layer with dsb flux blight noise, settings: light at 40%, add shadow.

Save and you are done!
If any part of your tag is blurry you can clear it up by sharpening the layer >adjust>sharpness>sharpen.
I hope you have enjoyed this tut.
