Open up frame 2, copy frame and paste it as a new IMAGE close the original  Make your canvas size pretty large here so we have enough room
to work >image>canvas size>1600x1300. Rotate 10 degree to the right.
Add shadow:
V: 3 H: 0
O: 100 B: 5
Duplicate frame, flip image to other side>Image>Mirror. Pull the duplicated frame down and to the left slightly.

Open paper 2, copy and paste as a new layer, take magic wand, click inside the frame shape selections>modify>expand to 11> make selection a layer Ctrl+Shift+P.
Do this for both frames.

Open frame 1, copy and paste as a new layer in between the top frame and paper, pull the circle from down and to the right.

Open paper 11, copy paper, take magic wand, click inside the frame shape selections>modify>expand to 22> make new raster
layer and paste the paper into the selection on the new raster layer you just made.

Open greenery 3, copy and paste as a new layer..place it on top of the circle frame, flip image to other side>Image>Mirror.

Open feather, copy and paste as a new layer on the top of the greenery.

Open flower 3, resize to 65%, rotate to the right 10 degree, copy and paste as a new layer just above the feather. Pull the flower down to where only the
flowers show, take the lasso and cut away any stem part that is protruding from the bottom. Add Shadow.

Open pearls, copy and paste as a new layer on the top, near the bottom of the square frame, add shadow.

Open ribbon 1, copy and paste as a new layer on the top, near the bottom edge of the square frame, add shadow.

Open jewels, copy and paste as a new layer under the ribbon, add shadow.

Open alexan, copy and paste as a new layer, positioning to the lower left side. Sharpening the layer >adjust>sharpness>sharpen more,
Add Shadow:
V: 3 H: 0
O: 100 B: 2

Open ribbon 2, resize to 85%, copy and paste as a new layer on the top, near the bottom edge of the square frame, add shadow. Make sure it's overlapping the previous ribbon layer.

Add your tube, I used the tube that came with the kit by Gemini Creationz Imaging. I'm only using the top portion, Copy and paste the as a new layer placing her under the ribbon layers.
Grab the lasso, encircle her head and promote the section to a new layer that you want to keep in the tag, then send that layer to the very top.
*use my tag as a sample*
Add Shadow:

O: 100 B: 5

Crop down as close to the edges as possible without cutting anything off,
**a great way to see where the edge of the sparkles is to add a new layer on the very bottom and flood fill it BLACK. This way you can see the edges of anything a light color.**
resize to 650 on the largest side.
[You can go smaller size on this if you prefer]
Add watermarks and copyright info.

Open my word art, you may have to resize this, I resized mine to 85%. Copy and paste, position to the lower left side of the tag.
*you may have noticed I have added the word art with and without a glow, I do this to allow you to recolor and add whatever you like to my word art*


For the name I used the glass filter and then the gradient glow filter from Eyecandy 4000, I added a shadow, duplicated the layer, added a gold color to the gradient glow filter then added some noise to that 2nd glow layer
then again added a shadow. I also added a shadow.

Save and you are done!
If any part of your tag is blurry you can clear it up by sharpening the layer >adjust>sharpness>sharpen.
