This tutorial was written by me on May 24, 2013 and 

any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental. 

Supplies Need:

Tube: Red Racer by Jessica Dougherty

So, let's begin!

*remember to save often!

Open up 105, pink bracket frame, copy frame and paste it as a new IMAGE close the original  Make your canvas size pretty large here so we have enough room 

to work >image>canvas size>1600x1300. Rotate 10 degree to the right. 

Add shadow:

V: 2 H: 2 

O: 100 B: 5

Open pp1, paper, copy and paste as a new layer, take magic wand, click inside the frame shape selections>modify>expand to 14> make selection a layer Ctrl+Shift+P.

Open 104, circle chain frame, copy and paste as a new layer, add shadow.

Open 60, potted roses, copy and paste as a new layer..place it on top of the bracket frame, on the lower left side, add shadow.

Open 62, twig of roses, copy and paste as a new layer, on the upper left side of the bracket frame, add shadow.

Open 58, button, resize to 45%, copy and paste as a new layer just above the potted roses. Pull the button down to the edge of the pot, Add Shadow.

Open 127, clock cluster. copy and paste as a new layer on the top, near the lower right side, add shadow.

Open 9, black and pink pillows, resize to 46%, copy and paste as a new layer just behind the clock layer near the bottom edge, add shadow.

Open 101, bird, copy and paste as a new layer on the top left side of the bracket frame, add shadow.

Open 100, banner, rotate 15 degree to the left, copy and paste as a new layer on the top of the bracket frame near the upper left edge, add shadow.

Add your tube, I used the Red Racer tube by Jessica Dougherty. I'm only using the the full sized layer without the cat. C&P as a new layer on top of the clock cluster, make it look as if she is sitting on the clock's edge.

Add Shadow:

V: 3 H: 0 

O: 100 B: 5

Crop down as close to the edges as possible without cutting anything off, 

**a great way to see where the edge of the sparkles is to add a new layer on the very bottom and flood fill it BLACK. This way you can see the edges of anything a light color.**

resize to 650 on the largest side.

[You can go smaller size on this if you prefer]

Add watermarks and copyright info.

Open 45, sparkles, copy and paste as a new layer, kind of place this over the potted rose layer.

For the word art I just used the Lokas Software cotton filter with a white gradient glow and a shadow. I did the same with the name.

Save and you are done!

If any part of your tag is blurry you can clear it up by sharpening the layer >adjust>sharpness>sharpen.
